Mahasiswa Aman does not agree with Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Leader of Pakatan Rakyat statement "I support all efforts to protect the security of the state of Israel " when he was interviewed by a widely known foreign press Wall Street Journal and published yesterday 26 January 2012.
For years Malaysians has supported the Palestinians human rights to live peacefully without having fathers to bury their own sons and daughters. We Malaysians are the sort of people that loves peace and prosperity as such that we would be happy that a fellow brother and sister in another country could also enjoy peace like ours.
With this statement of his however, it gives out a view that as if we are recognising and condoning whatever security effort by Israel including by killing anyone that they feel is threatening their country without any fair trial or evidence.
We must also remember that the Zionist of Israel has also once threatened the Freedom Flotilla and actually killed it's crew members in the Mavi Marmara. Our citizens thankfully was not killed. Others however, unarmed but still were shot dead that night. Their death must not be in vain.
Students, lecturers, parents and Malaysians all over must continue our fight for the Palestinians whether in action, heart or mind. We must never concede and support Israel, especially when they killed innocent lives under the banner of protect the security of the state of Israel.
